Two years later, music consultant MC-Input started working with Barbara and helped her get in contact with Italian producer Endrik Favero and recorded her first self-penned song, ‘Your smile’ in Montebelluna, Italy. This was supported by a photo shoot in Florence and she launched her website a few weeks later on http://www.barbara-kiss.com/
In 2010 Barbara went to see pundit Gingio Muehlbauer in Los Angeles and he introduced her to producers, songwriters, musicians and engineers. She was offered recording sessions and gained 6 songs in as many weeks working with Marcus Nand, Chris Wonzer (engineer for Linda Perry), Kristian Nord (producer for Tokio Hotel), Irene Peet, Boi and JD Salbego (Arthouse Entertainment).
Back in Hungary she continued recording, performing, singing and dancing until she found Block Starz Music. They were seeking new female singing talent for a compilation, ‘She Got Next 2011, for which Barbara’s song ‘Catch Me’ was chosen and she made a video:
Barbara then collaborated with rap artist Illa Scorsese on 2 songs, ‘Sleeping Beauty’ and ‘On The Dancefloor’. Illa Scorsese included Sleeping Beauty on her album ‘The Unauthorized Biography’ and the video they made together is on
