Public figure Yasha Yahawah has officially stepped into the music scene with her debut EP, EP 1. Though she initially recorded the songs as a hobby while living in Dubai, she quietly released the project on February 7 (last Friday) without any formal announcement. Despite the lack of marketing, the EP has already amassed over 100,000 streams across all platforms—an impressive feat for an independent release.
Born on January 6, 1995, in Lagos, Nigeria, Yasha has spent much of her life abroad, living in the U.S. as a teenager and later settling in Dubai. While she remains deeply connected to her Nigerian heritage—frequently donating to orphanages and supporting charitable causes across Africa—she has chosen to reside in Dubai due to differences in mindset with many of her people.
Her dedicated fanbase, known as Yasha Nation, is growing rapidly, and she regularly gives back to them through giveaways. EP 1 marks the beginning of her musical journey, with more releases expected in the near future.
